Great Bikes

Needed a new bike for my daily commute. Suncross Bikes had a good selection. Ordering was simple on their website. The bike arrived quickly and was easy to assemble. Exceeded my expectations. Will shop here again.

Good bike, minor shipping issue

Got a new bike from Suncross Bikes. The bike itself is pretty good for the price. Rides well. Had a small issue with the shipping though, the box was a bit beat up when it arrived. Nothing major, bike was fine inside, but still. Would probably buy from them again for the bike quality.

Good bike, small delivery hiccup

I finally decided to upgrade my old mountain bike and Suncross Bikes had a good selection. The website was easy enough to navigate, found what I wanted pretty quickly. Ordered a mid-range e-bike, the specs seemed decent for the price. The checkout process was smooth, no issues there. Delivery arrived a day later than the initial estimate, which wasn't a huge deal but I was a bit eager to get it. When it did arrive, the packaging was a little scuffed on one side, but the bike inside was perfectly fine. Been riding it for a week now and it's performing really well, very happy with the purchase. Just wish the delivery tracking was a bit more precise.

Decent kids bike

Ordered a Kids Bike. It came well-packed. My son liked it. No issues with the product. Good value.

Good bike, delivery could be faster

I bought a Suncross Hybrid Bike during their Republic Day Sale. The bike itself is solid for the price I paid, feels sturdy. Delivery took 5 days to reach Pune, which was a bit slow, but it arrived in good condition. Assembly was straightforward. I also got a free Water Bottle Cage as part of a bundle, which was a nice touch. Overall, happy with the purchase, just wish shipping was a bit quicker.

Decent, but could be better

I ordered a bike from Suncross Bikes. The website was easy enough to use. Delivery took a bit longer than I expected, but it arrived eventually. The bike itself is okay. Nothing amazing, nothing terrible. Just an average experience overall.

Decent, but could be better

Got a bike from Suncross Bikes a few weeks ago. The delivery was okay, took a bit longer than I thought it would. The bike itself is pretty good, rides fine. Had a small issue with the brakes when it arrived, but I fixed it myself. Not bad for the price, but not amazing either.

Good for the price, mostly consistent

Been getting my bikes from Suncross for a while now, probably my third or fourth order from them. This time I picked up a new E-Bike for my daily commute. My previous orders have been road bikes and accessories, and they've always been pretty reliable. The E-Bike itself is good, does what it says on the tin. Delivery was a bit slower this time compared to my last road bike which showed up pretty quick, but everything arrived safely and well-packaged. Assembly was straightforward enough, I'm used to putting them together now. For the price point, it's hard to beat what Suncross offers, even with the slightly longer wait on this one. I keep coming back because I know what to expect.

Bike arrived, mostly good

Got my Suncross bike the other day. Delivery was okay, took about a week. Assembly was pretty straightforward, nothing too complex. Rides fine for city commuting. Minor scratch on the frame, but not a big deal. Overall, happy with the purchase from suncrossbikes.com.
